Anne Szostak is President and CEO of Szostak Partners, a consulting firm that advises CEOs on strategic and human resource issues.
Until FleetBoston Financial's acquisition by Bank of America, Anne was executive vice president and member of the Executive Committee of the company, one of the country's largest financial holding companies. In her more than 31 years at Fleet, her assignments ranged from line positions leading both operational units and banking businesses to executive vice president of human resources and diversity. She served as chairman and CEO of both Fleet Bank - Maine (1991-1994) and Fleet Bank - Rhode Island (2001-2003).
Szostak also serves as a director of Tupperware Corporation, Spherion Corporation, a recruiting and staffing organization, and Belo Corporation, a media company based in the Southwest. |
